일본인 두명 IS추정세력에게 납치

On Jan. 20, the Islamic State released a video showing a black-clad spokesman threatening to kill two hostages. The imagery and scenario were familiar. the key difference being that the hostages were both Japanese nationals and the kidnappers demanded that the Japanese government pay a $200 million ransom within 72 hours. Although the Islamic State has held both hostages for months, the release of the video was timed to coincide with Japanese Prime Minister Abe's six-day tour of the Middle East and featured footage of the politician as an introduction.

 

Abe's trip began in Egypt on Jan. 17 with a pledge of $200 million in Japanese assistance for countries fighting the Islamic State. In the video spokesman said that the ransom was set at $200 million because Japan planned to give $100 million to kill Muslim women and children and $100 million to train fighters against the Islamic State.

내일 2시50분이 IS 정한 마감시한인데, 내 생각에는 공식적으로 아베는 Ransom(몸값) 을 주지는 않을 것이며(터무니없는 금액) 또한 공식적으로 주기에는(나쁜 선례)를 남기는 것일 것 이다.

 

시나리오를 본다면 결론은 3가지 형태로 나올 수 있을 것 같다.

1. 안전하게 귀환 결정(납치자 인계)

2. IS 추정세력에게 살해

3. 협상 마감시간 연장

 

 

역으로 결과를 도출하게될 만한 일본은 ACTION에 대해서 정리 해보았다. 물론 변수와 상호 변인에 따라서 시나라오가 변경될 수 있겠지만 .. 특공대 투입은 시간 상 불가능 할 것 같고(전에 미국에서 구출작전이 실패해서 결국 참수를 막지 못했다) 일단 돈을 주면 풀려나는것으로 보고 있다.(선례를 봤을때) 그럼 몸값을 지불하지 않으면서 수니파나 영향력있는(?)사람을 통해서 회유하는 경우가 지금 상황에서는 가장 좋은 시나리오 일듯 할것 같다. 다만 일본이 시리아에서 철수한지가 1년이 넘었기때문에 정보력과 네트워크로써 이부분도 내일까지는 현실적으로 힘들 것 같다.

 

다만 납치범과 접촉이 어떻게든 되서 1차적으로 협상시간을 연장시키는 것도 좋은 시나리오 일듯 하다. 걱정되는건 몸값을 지급 하지않으면서 납치세력과 접촉 자체가 불가능해서 납치자들이 살해되는 CASE가 될까... 이런 뉴스가 내일 나오지 않을 까 걱정된다...
